Office Octane is the signature networking and professional growth event hosted weekly by the DeLand & Greater West Volusia Chamber of Commerce. Open to businesses of all sizes and industries, this dynamic program offers coffee and a 60-minute session designed to elevate your business and expand your professional network.

Join us for light coffee and networking from 8:00 to 8:30 AM, followed by the program, which begins promptly at 8:30 AM.

Registration Details

• Fee: $10 plus processing fees to register and reserve your table.
• Availability: Only 6 spots are available each week.
• Provided: One 6' table and two chairs.
• Eligibility: Members-only opportunity.
• Restrictions: Exhibitor space only; no vendor sales allowed.
• Important Notes:
  • Registration is non-refundable.
  • No date exchanges, table sharing, or subleasing permitted.

Guidelines
To ensure a smooth experience for all participants, please adhere to the following:

1. Set-Up: Arrive between 7:30 and 8:00 AM to set up your table and be ready when members begin arriving.
2. Displays: Floor displays are allowed behind tables only, not in walkways.
3. Materials: All materials must stay at your table. Please refrain from distributing materials to the round tables.
4. Presentation: Prepare a 60–90 second presentation about your business.
5. Duration: Remain set up until 9:30 AM to allow members to visit your table after the networking session.
