Laceyville Public Library's Soup Sale

There is nothing like hot soup and a good book on a cold day.
The first Thursday of each month, from October through March, we have a soup sale.
These delicious soups are all homemade locally by friends of our library.
All proceeds from these sales benefit the library, but you will be the one to benefit when you stop in.
For just $3 you will get a 15-oz. cup of soup that makes the perfect take-out for lunch or supper and, of course, the books are free.

After Hours: Wyalusing Public Library

You're invited to the GWCC's After Hours with the Wyalusing Public Library!
This is going to a great opportunity to meet the newest director (well, he has been there a year...but the turnover between Danny Scopelliti and Cathy Brady took place over COVID, so you weren't really able to get in there and say hi). Well...now you can AND meet the rest of the crew and maybe some of the board of directors as well!
This will also be the time to see what programs and activities they're offering on a regular basis and of course, you can tour the library!
Check out the downstairs with the kiddos hang out...see their coffee nook...come see what is at the library!

2022 Wyalusing Area Education Foundation Spring Fling

On Saturday, Feb. 12th the Spring Fling returns to Wyalusing.
The Spring Fling supports the Teacher Venture Grant program, helping to provide classroom learning and engagement above what the district funds.
This year's event will be catered by the Wyalusing Hotel with your choice of Jambalaya or chicken, sides, and salad.
We will have an open bar, with mixed drinks and beer, rumor has it we will have a signature cocktail to go with our Mardi Gras event theme.
There will be plenty of finger foods and authentic New Orleans desserts, and if you're lucky enough to find the baby in the king cake, there's a special surprise for you.
We will have many great silent and vocal auction items, the table of booze (bring a bottle to get a chance to win), and many other events.
Music and dancing will be provided by Rick Hiduk.
