| 3/7/2024 | Robbin's Landing is a new subdivision located between 27th and 29th Streets on the south side of Herrin Road. The new development will consist of 54 single family homes. Having lifetime ties to the area, J & I Builders is aware of the need for new construction homes that meet the requirements for first-time home buyers, retirees, and the workforce that keeps our community thriving. Homes will be offered as two or three bedroom models and each home will have a one car attached garage and off street parking on a private driveway.
