On Saturday, November 2, 2024, a Holiday Craft Fair Fundraiser will be held for the Jerry Ambrose Veteran Council. It will be held at the Kingman Elks Lodge #468 at 900 Gates Avenue in Kingman from 9am to 2pm. Vendors will include Tupperware, jewelry, wood working items, candles, home decorations and wreaths, Holidays lighted trees, baked goods, greeting cards, painted rocks, handmade soaps/lotions, tie-dyed shirts, kitchen accessories, doTerra essential oils, all Holidays decor, and much more. Please come support our vendors and Veterans. All donations to support our Veterans programs are welcomed.

MRF will be hosting, Mohave County Board Supervisors, Jean Bishop, District 4 and Hildy Angius, District 2

 The public is invited to the Mohave Republican Forum meeting on Wednesday evening, November 13, 2024, commencing at 5:30 PM at the Kingman Area Chamber of Commerce building downtown at 309 East Beale Street (the building with the MCC signage). with County Board Supervisors, Jean Bishop, District 4 and Hildy Angius, District 2.

 Both Supervisor Jean Bishop and Supervisor Hildy Angius, who are not continuing in their Supervisorial positions for 2025, will share highlights and accomplishments achieved during their times as Supervisors. Each will also have the opportunity to share their future plans and their visions for Mohave County and the State of Arizona.

 MRF meetings are being held at the Kingman Area Chamber of Commerce building downtown at 309 E. Beale Street (the building with the MCC signage). The meeting room should be available by 4:30 PM and the program begins at 5:30 PM. There is an admission charge of $3 per person to assist with the meeting costs. 

There are several eateries downtown if you would like to eat before or after the meeting. Water will be available at the meeting.

Thank you for choosing to support our "Reality Store" event! This event is a live, interactive version of The Game of Life designed for 8th graders—approximately 600 students from our community.
 
Review the list of needed items and then decide if you would like to contribute by:
  • Donating an item(s) and dropping them off at the Kingman Area Chamber of Commerce at 309 E. Beale St. by or before November 8th or;
  • Contribute a monetary donation and we’ll do the shopping for you.
Be a Volunteer! We need approximately 70 volunteers to help run this fun and educational event. Whether you have a few hours or can spend the entire day, we would love your support! You will be required to provide your contact information, and a staff member will reach out to discuss volunteer opportunities.
 
Together, we can help prepare our students for the rewards and challenges of adult life! Every contribution, big or small, helps to create a meaningful learning experience for our students.
