This session will cover the tax, audit, and accounting side coupled with the funding and budgetary side, respectively. The reporting requirements, risks, and common missteps of the small business owner will be reviewed so that attendees learn the value of recordkeeping and accurate financial statements. In addition, attendees will learn how to calculate, plan for, and communicate initial and ongoing capital funding needs to afford them their greatest opportunity for successful launch and growth.

The Networking Luncheon is a great way to introduce yourself to the Kirkland business community. Please bring business cards and any materials you want to pass out about your business.

There is no fee paid to the Chamber to attend the Business Networking Luncheon; however, we do require that you order lunch from the establishment. Each person will receive their own check for their order.

Pre-registration is required!
Please let us know if you cannot attend, as space is limited.

Join us at our Business Luncheon Presented By Google, where the businesses will get the opportunity to network with each other and Lake Washington School District students. This luncheon will feature speaker Diojanique Davis, who will speak about his experience overcoming adversity, helping Seattle youth, and becoming an entrepreneur, video producer, and real estate broker. Diojanique works closely with Community Passage Ways, a Seattle-based non-profit focusing on youth prevention services.  Additionally, he worked closely with the Seattle Seahawks to produce a Northwest Regional Emmy Award-winning docuseries called 16 Lives. We hope to see you there, tickets are $55, and lunch is included with admission.

Kirkland Spring Wine, Beer, & Spirits Walk
A Kirkland Chamber and Kirkland Downtown Association Event
Grab some friends and embark on an adventure of downtown Kirkland galleries, boutiques, and businesses – tasting wines, brews, spirits, and ciders along the way! Wine glass and tote bags are provided, so be sure to stock up on your favorites! Tickets allow access to over 25 wineries, breweries, cideries, and distilleries in approximately 20 locations!
Tickets: $30 online, $40 at the door (if available)

  • Parking is available around downtown Kirkland
  • Additional tasting tickets can be purchased – 3 for $5 at any Sip Stop!
  • Wine must be finished or dumped into the provided dump bucket prior to exiting each establishment
  • This is a collaboration between the Kirkland Chamber of Commerce, Kirkland Downtown Association, and Seattle Uncorked
  • 21 and Over only. Please leave Fido and the Kiddo’s at home
