The event will be done the same way as previous years. Town residents will place allowable items along the edge of the street (curb) running by their property for pickup. No items should be placed along any Alley.

The Town has contracted with Noble County Disposal to pick up the items. All allowable items MUST be placed along the curb before 6:00 a.m. on the morning of the cleanup. Each Town Street will only be gone down once. There will be no backtracking for anyone not putting out their items on time or coming back at a later date.

Your items/pile(s) should not be larger than a pickup load (approximately 6’ X 8’). Any questionable piles will be left behind.

Allowable items: They will pick up appliances like washers, dryers, dishwashers, stoves, etc. The item(s) need to be set along the curb before the day of cleanup. Wood needs to be in pieces no more than four (4) feet and bundled so it can be handled easily. Any carpet needs to be no more than four (4) feet rolls that are bundled or tied. Roofing material will be taken in small manageable amounts. Any large piles of roofing material will be left behind. This is not meant to be a complete list of allowable items. If you have questions about an item(s), contact Town Hall before the clean-up date at (260) 463-3241.

Items that will not be taken: Hazardous materials (oil, wet paint, household chemicals), yard waste, concrete, brick, normal household weekly bagged trash, freon items, tires, and electronics. These items can be disposed of at the LaGrange Convenience Center, 0530 E. 300 S., LaGrange, IN 46761. Fees will apply.
