This special event is just for adults (21 and over).  Bring your favorite float and cool off while watching the feature presentation.  Get all your friends together for this fun outing.   

Valid ID required to enter this event. - Vendors selling adult beverages will be on site.  NOTE:  New policy implemented on June 10, 2024 - only clear bags will be permitted at Wollman Aquatic Center.  This includes all lessons, classes, and events.

Limited occupancy -  Capacity for this event is limited to 250 people. 

• Time:  Gates open at 9 p.m.  Movie starts at 9:30 p.m.
• Fees:  
  • $6/advance ticket - available online (convenience fees apply) or in person at the Riverfront Community Center - Advance purchase gives you a "Flash Pass" for early access at 8:45 p.m.
  • $8/person at the gate (if space is available).
• Movie:   Night Swim by Bryce McGuire
• Food:  We'll have snack and drink options available to purchase either through our vending machines or participating vendors.   Please, no outside food or drinks.
• Floatation Devices:  For this event, you may bring your favorite float to the pool.

*Note: This is not an open swim event.  This is a special summer event for relaxing and movie watching.*

In partnership with the Tonganoxie Business Association, the Leavenworth-Lansing Area Chamber of Commerce invites all new education professionals and businesses in Leavenworth County to join us for our first NEW TEACHER BLAST OFF & BUSINESS SHOWCASE!

 

WHY EDUCATION PROFESSIONALS WANT TO ATTEND: 

We're thrilled you chose Leavenworth County to help grow our future leaders, and this is our way to welcome you to our community!  You'll receive swag bags full of coupons, trinkets, BOGO's, and other surprises.  Businesses will have booths where you can meet them, hear about what they do, offer, and will *likely* have more goodies for you to collect &/or sample. :)

We'll also do drawings every 15-20 minutes where you'll have a chance to win great prizes for yourself &/or classroom! 

Finally, we'll shine doing what Chamber's do best, and invite you to be part of a networking element that will connect you with other professionals who share your same interests from elementary level to collegiate, right here in Leavenworth County!
