This community event aims to support local high school and community college students in planning their careers through education, job training, certification, or employment. We expect over 300 11th and 12th graders from Plumas and Sierra County high schools and current FRC students to attend. This event is a fantastic opportunity for you to share your knowledge and career experience with students. We are looking into having employer representatives offer demonstrations and display equipment and vehicles to engage students and feature their professions. Previous participants reported that these discussions inspired, motivated, and clarified their future decisions.
