Regan believes we all have potential to live productively. She shares her journey with lupus, and going from needing a cane to curling for a cure, to illustrate that we CAN have the life we want. A leading employee complaint from 2022 is workers want a better work-life balance. Leading causes of personal unhappiness are tiredness, stress, and loneliness. These tie together, and can result in unhealthy habits like procrastination and staying stagnant. Physical and mental health challenges can hold us back. Regan shows that we don’t have to live in that belief. She discusses ways to increase energy and decrease pain, so we can strike that balance. We can all change and it starts with our self.
Improving our personal conduct and performance and moving beyond limtations makes us stronger! Taking care of our selves helps take care of business.
