Module II
Doing the Right Things
    •    From Colleague to Boss: How to handle shifting relationships and create across the board respect
    •    First Things First: Setting priorities for best leadership results
    •    You Can’t Manage Time, You Can Manage Energy: Learn to manage energy, not time
    •    The Aligned Organization: A new way to create an empowered workforce
    •    The Ethical Supervisor: Morals, values, ethics, and laws
    •    The Respectful Workplace: Avoiding harassment and discrimination

Class Dates:
Wednesdays from 3-5 pm for six weeks
