  • Beyond “Don’t do that!”: Supervision communication that works 
  • My Dysfunctional Work Family: How work behaviors mirror family dynamics and how to make peace 
  • Onboard, Not Overboard: Introducing new employees with the least negative impact on safety, quality, and productivity 
  • Fear No Review!: How to deliver formal and informal performance feedback
