The Governmental Affairs Committee (GAC) for the West Hollywood Chamber of Commerce (WHCC) is a volunteer body of WHCC Members who meet monthly to review projects and legislation which represents and advocates the interests of the business community. 

The committee is comprised of Chamber Members who have an interest in city planning, development, and/or legislative concerns at local and state levels. GAC meets on the second Tuesday of every month from 4-6 PM. If you are interested in joining GAC and/or attending a meeting, contact us here.

The West Hollywood Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors meets on the 3rd Tuesday of the month, unless otherwise noted, from 12n-2p. These board meetings are closed to Board Members and explicitly invited guests only. The Executive Committee of the Board generally meets from 11a-12n preceding the general board meeting; this meeting is closed to Officers of the WHCC Board only.

West Hollywood Small Business Foundation Board Meetings occur via Zoom on the last Tuesday of every month from 3:30-4:30PM, unless noted otherwise, and is currently open to Foundation Board Members only, or by explicit invitation from the Board.

The mission of the West Hollywood Small Business Foundation [501(c)(3) pending] is to serve as the philanthropic arm of the Chamber of Commerce to develop equitable and inclusive opportunities for under-represented communities and the economic growth, urban infrastructure enhancements for small and minority owned businesses.

Please join us for the WHCC Homeless Committee Meeting, which meets on the last Wednesday of every other other month at 3 p.m.

The City will provide a brief update on the City’s Homeless Initiative and have a focus group discussion regarding the City’s planned conversion of the Holloway Motel into interim housing for people experiencing homelessness. This discussion will take place virtually via Zoom. The City values your perspectives and wants to hear your concerns about the project.

Members in good standing, who pre-register, attend for free. Day of registration (which includes walk in) will incur a $10 fee.

Non-Members are allowed to attend up to three mixers before being required to join the Chamber to continue attending this popular networking event. Non-Member pre-registration fee is $20; day of registration, which includes walk in, is $30. Pre-registration fee must be paid prior to day of event.
