MRC meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of every month from 11:30am-12:30pm. Location Le Parc Suite Hotel

This committee works to retain and increase membership by assessing and accommodating the needs of the members. Committee members are asked to attend the monthly committee meetings, as well as monthly networking events (morning, noon, and evening). Committee members also make calls and send letters to new members and six-month anniversary members.

The Budget Committees of the West Hollywood Design District BID meets quarterly on the 1st Thursdays of every month (Jan, Apr, Jul, & Oct) from 2-3pm via Zoom. The Governmental Affairs Committee (GAC) for the West Hollywood Chamber of Commerce (WHCC) is a volunteer body of WHCC Members who meet monthly to review projects and legislation which represents and advocates the interests of the business community. 

The committee is comprised of Chamber Members who have an interest in city planning, development, and/or legislative concerns at local and state levels. GAC meets on the second Tuesday of every month from 4-6 PM. If you are interested in joining GAC and/or attending a meeting, contact us here.

The bi-monthly board meetings for The Sunset Strip Business Improvement District (SSBID) occurs every other third Monday from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at Mondrian Hotel and are open to the public. For agenda information, go to The Sunset Strip BID Agendas page or for general information about The SSBID, go to their website: thesunsetstrip.com/. The West Hollywood Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors meets on the 3rd Tuesday of the month, unless otherwise noted, from 12n-2p. These board meetings are closed to Board Members and explicitly invited guests only. The Executive Committee of the Board generally meets from 11a-12n preceding the general board meeting; this meeting is closed to Officers of the WHCC Board only.

The West Hollywood Design District (WHDD) Business Improvement District (BID) Board meeting meets in person every third Wednesday from 4-5:30 PM. All BID meetings are open to the public; if you would like to attend the Board Meeting, go to WeHo Design District BID Agendas for meeting agenda and location information, which will be printed at the top of the agenda. In addition, please email Admin to RSVP, or with any other questions, so that any updates can be sent to you directly.

Registration is required.

Members in good standing, who pre-register online, attend for free. Day of registration (which includes walk-in) will incur a $10 fee.

Non-Members are allowed to attend up to three mixers before being required to join the Chamber to continue attending this popular networking event. Non-Members pre-registration online fee is $20; day of registration, which includes walk-in, is $30. Pre-registration fee must be paid prior to the day of the event.

West Hollywood Small Business Foundation Board Meetings occur via Zoom on the last Tuesday of every month from 3:30-4:30PM, unless noted otherwise, and is currently open to Foundation Board Members only, or by explicit invitation from the Board.

The mission of the West Hollywood Small Business Foundation is to serve as the philanthropic arm of the Chamber of Commerce to develop equitable and inclusive opportunities for under-represented communities and the economic growth, urban infrastructure enhancements for small and minority owned businesses.
