Beyond Basics: Why a Simple Will Won't Safeguard Your Family Legacy in Florida

Would you be surprised to know that a simple will, without additional
planning, will require a court case, will cost your family attorney’s fees,
aggravation, and will delay the distribution of your property after you die?
Join local Attorney Roberta Getzan for an engaging, in-house workshop, as
she discusses the true cost of a simple will to your descendants and
beneficiaries; the pitfalls of transferring your property to your loved ones
during your lifetime; the consequences of your spouse remarrying after your
death; how the surviving spouse in a blended family situation may become
unintentionally disinherited; how you can plan for your mental and physical
incapacity; and many more issues that you may not have considered when
thinking about your end-of-life plan.
