Looking for a great way to network with business owners and professionals? Join us on Thursday, May 16th at Texas Roadhouse in Lehi for Connect 4 Lunch. This networking only event was created to help business owners and professionals connect with each other, share ideas, and enjoy delicious food. We invite everyone to experience this networking opportunity! This event is supported by the American Fork, Eagle Mountain, Pleasant Grove-Lindon, and Point of the Mountain Chambers of Commerce and has become a popular way to network AND enjoy an amazing lunch at the same time!

Connect 4 Lunch is held on the THIRD Thursday of every month. This event is free to attend - you just need to pay for your own lunch. Please remember to bring your business cards and, if you would like, a prize to give away during the lunch.

The next Connect 4 Lunch will be on July 21st.

About this event

Landon obtained a PhD in aerobiology and pollination ecology at the University of Tulsa where he worked as the field ecologist and aerobiologist on a NASA-funded pollen forecast system project. He spent two years at Iowa State University as a postdoctoral researcher where he conducted research on biofuel pollen and managed a Corn Cropping System database for a 20 million-dollar NIFA-funded CAP grant. Landon is currently the CEO and cofounder of Pollen Sense.

Pollen Sense has revolutionized airborne particulate monitoring with the Automated Particulate Sensor (APS) . The aim of this device is to provide particulate recognition in the size range of most biological particulates, such as pollen and molds. This technology replaces the need for a human to maintain a spore trap device, manually stain microscope slides, and perform hours of counting. The APS automates the process, making it scalable, and provides results in minutes rather than at least a day later. The data from the Pollen Sense network are being used by major companies like Accuweather and Microsoft.
