Tuesday, March 21st, 9-10am is the virtual class #90021, Reclaim Power of Your Primary Assets-Time, Energy, Priorities.
As a society, we have normalized “being stressed out” with constantly being busy, feeling as though life on a hamster wheel is the role and responsibility with adulthood. This session provides an overview of our 3 primary assets – time, energy and priorities. Learn how to move away and out of how people most live, which is a Stress Spiral Cycle and how to transition into that of a Thrive Cycle. Stress Spiral Cycle occurs when you live with unfocused time and unleveraged energy and leaves you feeling overwhelmed, overcommitted, and overworked. The Thrive Cycle focuses your time and leverages your energy which results in freeing up hours in a week. Learn how to identify what your key energy levels are and how activities to do in each of your energy levels to essentially maximize your productivity and take back your life.
