Living wills and other documents help your doctors and loved ones know your wishes if you are not able to communicate them due to trauma, illness, or nearing end of life. Nobody likes to think about these difficult situations, but they are much easier for you and your family if you complete documents that clearly communicate your wishes. Join us for a free Advance Planning Assistance Session where our experts will be on hand with more information about documents to communicate those choices and to assist you with completing these documents.
*All sessions take place in the Laura Rose Conference Room at Regional Health Services of Howard County from 11 AM - 1 PM.
*Walk-ins encouraged or contact 563-547-6343 or brecka.putnam@rhshc.com to make an appointment.
*All adults 18 and older are encouraged to have medical advance directives.
*Please make sure any documents needing to be notarized are unsigned and that you have your driver's license or passport if you need a document notarized.
*Documents should be reviewed and possibly updated before a major medical procedure, after a change in marital status, after a health status change or major diagnosis, every ten years, when children are born, after a move to a new state, after the death of someone mentioned on your current documents, after an inheritance, and after becoming a legal adult.

Join us on Saturday, August 23rd, starting at 7pm at the Cresco Theatre it's live with Scriptless in Seattle. With a style reminiscent of the beloved show “Whose Line Is It Anyway,” Scriptless in Seattle offers a unique blend of hilarious sketches, improvised musicals, game shows, film noir, and so much more. No two shows are ever the same, ensuring an evening filled with surprises, laughter, and memorable moments.
In early-2019 a group of three comedy performers were on deck for a small talent show fundraiser in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. Just a few minutes before taking the stage, the emcees approached them asking what they wanted to be called. After discussing briefly and tossing around a few joke suggestions, the three settled on a movie pun, tipping their hat to Meg Ryan and Tom Hanks. Not five minutes later, the emcees introduced for the first time anywhere, Scriptless in Seattle.
Today, years later, Scriptless in Seattle is touring the country… and still flying by the seats of their pants! Come enjoy a show that has not yet been written and even get the chance to steer its direction! With opportunities to come up on stage and be a part of the show, the script is YOU.
