Join EPLM and Dr. Shellie Fraddin for Zumba that is suitable for all fitness levels! Dr. Shellie  is a Health Coach, Wellness Educator providing immune-boosting services and programs to older adults for a healthy long life. She’s been teaching Zumba Fitness classes since 2005 and was once called  the “oldest Zumba Instructor in the world.”

Wind down with us on Wednesday evenings as we move through a sequence of gentle yoga poses designed to encourage grounding and restoration of the body, mind and spirit. This is a beginner-friendly class. All levels of experience are welcomed and encouraged to attend.

RULES FOR BLUBERRY MUFFIN CONTEST

1. Anyone can enter. The only rule is the blueberry muffins must contain blueberries and be made from scratch.


2. To enter, bring 3 muffins on a disposable dish or plate to the Contest Tent before 11 am.
   
    
3.  Winners will be announced at 3 pm.  Prize for first place is $10; second place is $50, Third place is $25.
