I hope this message finds you well. As we approach the season of gratitude and togetherness, we are excited to announce our upcoming Thanksgiving Day Luncheon, and we invite you to be a part of it. This year, we are seeking sponsors who can help us make this Thanksgiving Day a memorable and meaningful celebration for our homeless community.
 
At the Gardena Valley Chamber of Commerce, our unwavering dedication to cultivating gratitude and extending a helping hand to those less fortunate is at the heart of our mission. On Thanksgiving Day, we embark on a heartfelt endeavor to connect with and provide nourishment to the homeless population living in cars, mobile homes, on the streets and beyond, within our community.
 
Our Thanksgiving Day Luncheon outreach is the cornerstone of this commitment, bringing our community together in a spirit of generosity and compassion. Our primary goal is to make a difference in the lives of 150 or more homeless individuals in our midst. We plan to achieve this by offering them a warm and nourishing meal, essential personal hygiene products, and a week's worth of nonperishable, ready-to-eat food items, catering to those who lack access to cooking facilities.
 
Furthermore, on Thanksgiving Day, we will extend our support by distributing clothing and footwear to those in need. Together, as a community, we aim to make this Thanksgiving a day of true abundance, not just for ourselves but for every member of our community, ensuring that no one is left hungry or without the essentials they deserve.

We believe that your generosity will make a significant impact on the success of our Thanksgiving Day Luncheon event. To accommodate various levels of support, we have established four sponsorship opportunities:
 
Platinum Sponsor - $5,000

• Exclusive recognition banner as a Platinum Sponsor.
• Corporate logo printed on all promotional materials, and social media sites, flyers, and our website.
• Public acknowledgment and gratitude during the event program.
• Company representative remarks.
• A special presentation from the event organizers. 
• Sponsor certificate of appreciation form local and state elected officials.

Gold Sponsor - $2,500

• Prominent logo recognition on the banner as the Gold Sponsor in promotional materials.
• Corporate logo printed on all promotional materials, and social media sites, flyers, and our website.
• Public acknowledgment during the event program.
• Company representative remarks.
• A special presentation from the organizers. 
• Sponsor certificate of appreciation form local and state elected officials

Silver Sponsor - $1,000

• Recognition as the Silver Sponsor in promotional materials.
• Logo placement on event banners, social media sites, flyers, and our website.
• One complimentary ticket to the Thanksgiving Day Luncheon.
• Acknowledgment during the event program.
• Sponsor certificate of appreciation form local and state elected officials

 
Bronze Sponsor - $500

• Acknowledgment as a Bronze Sponsor in promotional materials.
• Name inclusion on event banners, social media sites, flyers, and our website.
• Acknowledgment during the event program.
• Sponsor certificate of appreciation form local and state elected officials
