We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us bring downtown Kingman to life. The 2025 First Friday season is April through November. Whether you love setting up, capturing great moments, or keeping things running smoothly, there’s a role for you!
Volunteering is a fun, rewarding way to support local businesses, connect with the community, and be part of an event that brings thousands of people together.

Volunteer Positions Available:
✅ Headquarters Booth Attendants – The Booth Attendant serves as the central hub for First Friday operations, providing information, assistance, and support to attendees and volunteers.
✅ Parking Patrol – The Parking Patrol will monitor the vehicles inside the event area and inform downtown visitors and business owners to relocate their vehicle to designated parking areas.
✅ Set-up Crew – Event Setup Assistance: Support vendors in unloading equipment, setting up booths, tents, tables, and displays before the event commences. Work with Roadies to ensure that all setups comply with event guidelines and safety standards.
✅ Barricade Crew – The Barricade Crew plays a vital role in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for attendees at First Friday by managing street closures and maintaining pedestrian safety.
✅ Roadies – Roadie Volunteers to assist vendors and attendees. Roadies serve as a vital link between organizers and participants.
✅ Photographers & Videographers – Capture the energy and excitement of First Friday! Share live content on social media and help create professional-quality media for advertising, training, and sponsor promotions.
✅ Tear-down Crew – Support vendors in breakdown of equipment, booths, tents, tables, and displays at the conclusion of the event. Assist with picking up games, vendor space markers, sponsor signs, and assist with general event cleanup.

Get ready to experience the heart of Kingman like never before! First Friday on Beale Street is back, bringing energy, creativity, and community to downtown on the first Friday of each month from April through November (excluding July).
Let’s hang out! From 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM, Beale Street transforms into a lively celebration of local culture, entertainment, and fun for all ages.

Exclusively for Kingman Chamber Member Business Owners, Entrepreneurs, and Managers who want to connect, collaborate, and gain valuable insights to grow their business with support from like-minded peers.
Each month, a specific topic will be discussed, typically for the first 45 minutes, offering valuable strategies and actionable takeaways. The remaining time will be an open forum for attendees to seek guidance, share challenges, and receive support tailored to their unique business needs. Time frames are flexible and may vary based on discussion flow and group engagement.

We are seeking specific vendor types that align with the blues-and-brews atmosphere and Father's Day weekend vibe, such as:
- Beef jerky / smoked meats
- BBQ sauce makers / rubs & spice blends
- Hot sauce
- Craft mustard / pickles / smoked cheese
- Leather goods – wallets, belts, keychains, bags
- Woodworkers – cutting boards, grill tools, bottle openers
- Metalworks – knives, tools, bottle openers, decor
- Men’s skincare or soaps – rugged scents, charcoal-based
- Hat makers – fedoras, trucker hats, western styles
- Car care or detailing kits
- Camping or outdoor gear – compact grills, multi-tools
- Knives / Knife sharpening
- Grill / smoker accessories
- Tumblers / mugs
Friday - June 13th: 5 - 10 PM
Saturday - June 14th: 1 - 9 PM
Registration deadline is 5 pm May 30th. No applications will be accepted after the deadline. To reserve your space, the application, payment in full and all required documents (as applicable) must be received.
Acceptable forms of payment are cash, check and credit/debit card. A fee of 3.99% is applied to credit/debit payments. All payments are non-refundable except in cases where an application is not approved.

The Kingman Area Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to accept or deny any submitted Rhythm & Brews Festival application at its sole discretion.

Tickets can be picked up at the Kingman Area Chamber of Commerce located inside the MCC Beale St. Center - 309 E. Beale St.; or on "will-call" at the event entry gate. Proof of purchase will be required.
Must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcohol. A legal form of identification with proof of age will be required to purchase alcohol at the event. Enjoy responsibly - have a designated driver.

This meeting is a chance to voice your ideas, offer suggestions, and help improve the First Friday experience for everyone. Members of the First Friday Committee will be there to listen, answer questions, and consider your input as they plan the months ahead.
Whether you're new to First Friday or a returning participant, this is your opportunity to not just join the event - but help pave the way for an even more enjoyable event.

Hosted at the Hualapai Mountain Resort Event Center
We are thrilled to invite you to an unforgettable evening of live dueling pianos, exquisite food, breathtaking mountain views, and vibrant community spirit — all in support of Cornerstone Mission.
This elegant black-tie affair will be held at the Hualapai Mountain Resort Event Center. While formalwear is requested, guests are encouraged to embrace the glamour of the 1920s — flapper dresses, pearls, fedoras, and all that jazz!
