Within your adventure you will visit 8 different North Pole tents, each providing an activity and goodie to go home with!
After touring the North Pole, children will get to visit with Santa. Please note that children will get to sit near Santa & photos will be taken at this time. This is a popular, weekly event at Good Luck Cellars (GLC) and one you must enjoy if you’re in the area. We make fresh sangria each week, featuring a GLC wine. We make a different recipe each week -- sometimes it’s white, and sometimes it’s red. During the colder months, we make a warm, seasonal version that’ll warm the soul :0)
When it’s gone…it’s gone…until the next Sunday, of course, when we make a new batch. Come Sip and Sangria with us.
IMPORTANT NOTE: SANGRIA IS NOT SERVED ON DURING THE CORKS & OYSTERS EVENTS IN APRIL & NOVEMBER.

Take a Walk on the Wild Side with this monthly series of true nature walks. In December, we will discover what's going on in winter at Belle Isle State Park! With a focus on winter wildlife and plants, hiking the cooler months is a wonderful experience. Local volunteer naturalists will share a variety of natural history topics, point out aspects of the park's many habitats (ideal for plant and animal life viewing), and provide participants with nature-photography tips should they need assistance. The walk will be conducted at a leisurely pace to allow stops along the way to observe and discuss seasonal aspects of what is happening at the park. Be sure to dress for the weather, wear closed toe shoes appropriate for walking, and bring a water bottle. For more information or to find out where to meet for this month's hike, call the park at 804-462-5030. Pre-registration is required.
