Joseph T. Rasch Nursing Scholarship 5K Fun Run Walk. October 14th at the Visions office located at 455 Park View Loop, Twin Falls, ID. Registration begins at 9:00am Race begins at 10:00am. Shirts will be given as available. Raffle prizes. $35.00 per registrant, $120.00 for a family of four. You can download, print and mail in your registration form or scan it and email it to nwells@hospicevisions.org. Go to the hospicevisions.org website, click on the Joseph T. Rasch Nursing Scholarship ink to print your registration form. For more information contact Nora Wells 208-735-0121. All proceeds from this event will be awarded to Idaho nursing students.
