The Lake Almanor Fireworks, hosted by the Lake Almanor Area Chamber, is thrilled to announce the return of our beloved 4th of July fireworks show, a cherished tradition that illuminates our community and fills our hearts with joy.
This spectacular display launched from a barge near the point of the peninsula, a hallmark of our lake's vibrant culture, is a labor of love funded entirely by YOU, our amazing spectators. Remember those unforgettable moments lying on the sandy shores of Prattville or nestled in your boat, gazing upward as the sky transformed into a canvas of dazzling colors, accompanied by the delightful "oohs" and "aahs" of friends and family.

The Red Bridge Ramblers are a Quincy, CA based string band playing an interesting musical mix of Bluegrass and Americana. The band consists of long time Quincy residents Johnene Mc Donald on fiddle and Jenn Kimball on string bass. The group is rounded out with locals Dean Ortel on guitar and Gary Broeder on mandolin. A year of playing together has seen them honing their craft at local events including the Plumas Americana festival, farmers markets, parties and other special events .
