Join us as members of the Iowa Psychic Bureau share legends and histories of ghosts and paranormal activity around Iowa. We will also get to see a hands-on demo of paranormal equipment and hear about the science, theories, and histories of ghost hunting.
This part of the program is free to attend.
After the Adult Program, Exploring the Paranormal, stick around and get a Tarot or Psychic Medium reading. A ten-minute session costs $10, paid to the guest speakers.

Is your child ready to start babysitting? Register for our babysitting training on October 25 from 9 a.m. -3 p.m. at the Shelby County Extension Office. 906 6th Street, Harlan. Lunch will be provided. Cost is $20. Open to all youth of babysitting age.
Class size is limited to 12/class so don't wait to register. The registration will close once the class is full. Please complete registration by Friday, October 18. Registration can be completed on the Extension’s website. Open to any youth of babysitting age and ability.

Silent reading will begin at 5:30pm. Participants are encouraged to grab one of Milk & Honey's specialty drinks or a snack to munch on while enjoying their book. Reading will last for 45 minutes and then the last 15 minutes will be used to discuss what everyone is reading.
