About the entrepreneurs:
Kenny and Steve have been best friends since they were four years old. Both were born and raised in Chicago. After being homesick for the classic Chicago food from their hometown, they decided to bring Chicago-style food to Grand Forks, opening the Grand Polish Stand.
Paul McCullough dived head first into his ice cream business this past year and has seen an incredible amount of support from the community. You can find Paul at every Farmer's Market, and at pop-up stands with a variety of Grand Forks businesses.
