Bounce Houses, Food, meet and greet with TriCounty Health Department staff during our first annual free community Summer Bash at Colton Pavilion on June 1, 5pm-7pm.

The Livestock Show offers many opportunities for our youth.  The knowledge, hard work, and dedication that youth develop from being involved with a 4-H and FFA livestock project will provide acquisition of leadership skills and responsible behavior that will follow them for a lifetime.

Chamber Luncheon will be held at the Uintah Conference Center at 12:00. Food is $10 a plate.

The speaker will be Dr. Cooper from Ashley Regional Medical Center and will be speaking on the topic of Children's Health.

The 2023 Vernal Rock Rally will be held June 8-10th in Vernal, Utah. The 3-day event will consist of multiple guided rock crawling trails tailored for modified 4X4 Jeep, truck, and tube chassis buggy’s and trails that accommodate stock 4x4 and all skill levels on a combination of SITLA and BLM properties. (This is not a UTV or ATV event. Please refer to the Outlaw ATV Jamboree for such rides). Guided trails will be limited to 20 or less vehicles per trail event. The event will be staged out of the Vernal Rod and Gun Club where there will be a huge vendor show and various activities throughout the event.

The STRATA Networks Charity Golf Classic is an annual event that is not to be missed!

Come get Jurass-kicked on 1 of the 3 amazing routes through the high Uinta Mountains. You’ll experience the RAWRsome rush of riding up to 11,000 feet of elevation on the famous Highline Trail, roll through the most T-riffic gravel, and descend the picturesque Dryfork Canyon with monolith rock formations. You’ll ROAR with radness through the terrain where the Fremont Indians – and of course the dinosaurs- roamed!

This event provides anyone an opportunity to try stand-up paddle boarding (SUP’s), kayaking and canoeing (along with anything that uses a paddle) free of charge. Paddle fest is a great event for the family. Saturday night there will be live music with local bands and a featured band, courtesy of Channel X-94. Vendors will be present to sell many different food items during the event.

Brent Hileman has been in the Insurance industry since 2009 and enjoys degrees is Risk Management/Insurance and Finance from Florida State University and an MBA from the University of Tampa. During his career, Brent has held multiple roles with insurance carriers ranging from claims management to commercial insurance distribution.   Brent joined Zions in April of 2022 to establish the commercial lines division of Zions Insurance. He and his team enjoy assisting commercial clients with their insurance and risk management needs. When not in the office, you can find Brent appreciating the beautiful Utah outdoors or spending time with his wife and son.

USU Uintah Basin will host the Split Mountain Summer Concert Series on June 23, at our USU Vernal campus outdoor pavilion.  We will have The Proper Way performing.  This is a free concert for the whole family.  Food trucks are invited.  Bring your blankets/chairs and hammocks.  Tents and alcohol are not allowed.
