After several years of fundraising and planning, the White Bear Lions' and the City of White Bear Lake invite you to the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting for Lakewood Hills All Abilities Playground on August 3rd. This park provides a playground setting that any child can attend without being challenged. After we will hear from Mayor Louismet and the Lions, we will celebrate this great accomplishment with Popsicles in the Park, courtesy of the White Bear Lake Public Fire and Police Departments!

Into Nature Plein Air Competition On Display at White Bear Center for the Arts
The 2023 Into Nature Plein Air Competition is a celebration of the natural world, and the community that surrounds us. Painters had two weeks to paint "en plein air" (French for in open air), in White Bear Lake and surrounding areas, capturing the beauty of these summer days. The results of the Into Nature Plein Air Competition are on display for one week only in the Ford Family Gallery. View all submitted artwork in the Ford Family Gallery from Thursday, August 17 through Wednesday, August 23. From there, award winners and selected work will comprise the official Into Nature Plein Air Exhibition on display in the Exhibition Hall from August 28 through September 29. It's time to make your home or business more beautiful with an original artwork depicting our beautiful community. Into Nature Plein Air Community Reception & Award Ceremony 
White Bear Center for the Arts

All are welcome to the community reception of the Into Nature Plein Air Competition. This year’s judge, Joshua Cunningham, will announce the award winners and selected pieces that will be featured in the Into Nature Plein Air Exhibition, on display during the month of September in the Exhibition Hall.

​Join us for our annual 5K walk/run in support of Blair's Tree of Hope!

Whether you prefer to think of it as 5 kilometers or 3.1 miles, we welcome you to come on out for a fun-filled day at the beautiful and centrally-located Rice Creek Chain of Lakes Regional Park Reserve for the 3rd Annual Success Fitness 5k!!  

We are excited to be donating a portion of all event proceeds to local non-profit, Blairs Tree of Hope (https://blairstreeofhope.org/)

Walkers, joggers, runners, strollers, and dogs are all welcome! Come one come all and join in our mission to normalize fitness AND give back to the community!

Join us for our annual end-of-summer concert series! We'll weave worship with music featuring special guest artists for three weeks at 4pm on the North Lawn (weather permitting).
