Additionally, this year Ehlers Public Finance Advisors will do a segment on how Tax Incremental Financing (TIF) is playing a growing role in supporting housing development. This presentation will explore both the benefits and challenges associated with its use. In recent years, TIF has sparked debate, with some viewing it as overused. The session aims to separate fact from fiction and provide a clearer understanding of how TIF is being applied to housing projects.
