Since 1995 over 1,800 local leaders from 88 New Mexico communities have completed our programs. These leaders actively share their knowledge and help solve the problems facing our state each and every day. Leadership New Mexico identifies current and emerging leaders throughout New Mexico, we enhance their leadership skills and deepen their knowledge of the challenges and opportunities facing our state. We are dedicated to the development of informed leaders that understand issues, define problems, develop solutions and achieve positions of higher responsibility in New Mexico.
