Bochner Farms is a family-owned flower farm specializing in cut flowers, garden tours, dinners and other flower filled experiences. We love teaching our community about how to grow flowers and the mental health benefits flowers provide.
We're a local diversified farm that was born with the hope of providing our next generation with all that the agriculture way of life offers. We're into pumpkins, peaches, flowers and holiday greenery/trees and so much more!
In 2005 we started growing our own red raspberries because we wanted flavorful, fresh fruit that we knew where it came from, how it was grown and how it was harvested. We found that other people had the same concerns and came to buy our products at our local farmers' market.
In 2011 we constructed our new berry building and included other local vendors and added the jams and jellies made from our berries. We will continue to farm by the same principles that started us on this journey.
We appreciate your business and the shared desire to live and eat healthily. You have become our friends and we have enjoyed watching 2 and 3 generations come together to the farm to spend time picking berries or shopping in our berry building.
Owners Jason Foley and Shannon Bardole-Foley brought their individual companies together and formed the homestead business of Honey Hollow in the fall of 2016. On July 4th the couple was married, and by the fall of 2017 the couple had purchased 11 acres of timberland near the iconic Summerset Winery area. Construction on a log cabin home and store along with moving all bee breeding operations to the new site started immediately. By spring of 2019 they will finish construction of their store and open up to the public. Other future plans entail finishing the interior of their honey house to allow for a classroom, honey extraction, woodshop, and grafting room. The couple also plan to clear a few acres of land to allow them a large farmer?s market garden to provide fresh produce in their store and markets. Jason takes care of most of the bee and carpentry related operations, while Shannon oversees customer relations, brooms, and soaps.
