The complex will have a mix of furnished and unfurnished units. The renovation schedule will release two apartment units every two months, starting April 2023. When renovations are completed, Ola's Garden will have 3 1-Bedroom units, 10 2-Bedroom units, and 3 3-Bedroom units.
