We do not offer Civic and Non-Profit Applications.

All Exhibitors will be classified as Craft and Food Vendors!

$40 NON-REFUNDABLE APPLICATION FEE IS REQUIRED TO APPLY FOR THE FESTIVAL

 

Booth Fees & Categories:

  1. Youth Entrepreneur Booth (Under 16 Years Old) - $25.00 per 12’ x 12’ space
  2. Craft Booth – $125.00 per 12’ x 12’ space
  3. Children's Activity - $125.00 per 12'x12' space 
  4. Food SPACE – $200 per 12′ x 12′ Space (Electricity is not Provided)
  5. Food Space Size 2 - Sized for Food Truck  – $260 per 24′ x 12′ Space (Electricity is not Provided)
  6. Food Space Size 3 - Sized for a food Trailer - $300 per Self Contained Dropping and Cooking from Trailer 36'x12' Space (Electricity is not Provided) 

 

NON-FOOD Booth Additions

There is a $15 additional fee for electricity (Per Space)

There is a $25 additional fee for Premium End Space (Per space) 

 

Booth Spaces:

Vendor spaces are lined based on dimension listed above. You may apply for multiple spaces. Vendor applications are reviewed and accepted on a juried selection basis, we cannot make guarantees in placement due to changes in infrastructure. Vendors will not be notified prior to the festival of their booth locations. Vendors are not guaranteed the same spaces annually and vendors are required to submit an application with photos annually to apply. Vendors will not be allowed to drive to their assigned spots on the ball field. There will be assigned Load in and Load Out Zones for set up and breakdown of the Festival. 

 

The Oconee Chamber Fall Festival requires all vendors to check in and set up on Friday prior to the festival. Vendors are provided time-slots to sign up for a set up time one month prior to the festival. This is not negotiable and vendors that are unable to check in on Friday and set up will not be allowed to attend the festival. There will be no exceptions made.

 

Electricity:

There are a limited number of booth spaces with access to electricity. For each booth with access, there are only two 15 amp receptacles located up to 200 ft. from your booth. If you will require electricity, please make note of that on your application. You will be charged an additional $15 fee. You will need to supply your own drop cord and covering for safety. Food vendors will have to provide their own source of electricity. Generators must be quite and not infringing on their surround neighbor vendors. NO GENERATORS ARE ALLOWED ON ROCKET FIELD!!

 

Applications/Acceptances:

$40 NON-REFUNDABLE APPLICATION FEE IS REQUIRED TO APPLY FOR THE FESTIVAL.

All applicants will be contacted via email to confirm acceptance. Please allow 4-6 weeks for our committee to give your application careful consideration beginning March 1, 2025. Vendors will be notified if they have been accepted, denied or added to the wait list for the 2025 by email.

 

Invoicing

Accepted applicants will be invoiced within 7 days of email confirmation to the 51st Oconee Chamber Fall Festival. All Vendor Invoicing will be sent to the email that is included on the application for the festival. Vendors will have 14 business days (2 Weeks) to pay the invoice and secure your vendor space(s) in the 2025 Fall Festival. All invoices that are unpaid will void and cancel and the vendor will be placed on the wait list for the category they have applied, or will be denied acceptance, depending on the number of applicants already on the wait list for the 2025 Fall Festival.

 

Refunds:

No refunds will be given once vendor has been accepted to the festival. Please contact us with specific concerns.

 

Tax:

You are responsible for collecting and reporting Georgia Sales Tax (8%) on all sales, if applicable. Vendors will receive appropriate tax forms at check in on Friday the day before the festival! 

 

Parking:

Vendors are required to park off site at the festival. There is no onsite parking at the Oconee Fall Festival. You will be directed to parking lots and trailer storage at check-in. Parking for trailers and vendors is .3 miles from the Rocket Field Ball Field Location where the festival is centered! We do not have onsite or handicap parking of any kind at the Festival. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CHAMBER IS NOT ALLOW TO PROVIDE RIDES OR HELP WITH PROVIDING RIDES TO AND FROM THE PARKING LOTS. PER OUR EVENT INSURANCE THAT WE ARE REQUIRED TO CARRY THIS IS AGAINST THE POLICY. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO WALK FROM THE ASSIGNED PARKING AREAS OR UNLOAD IN TO THE FESTIVAL WITH OUT HELP WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ALLOW YOU ENTRY INTO THE FESTIVAL.

 

Food Vendors: (Prepared Food Day of Festival)

  • A $200 refundable cleaning fee for my space MAY BE REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR SPACE AT THE FESTIVAL IF YOUR BOOTH IS NOT SELF CONTAINED. The Fee will be refunded after the festival if space is left clean and all grease and debris and is cleaned after the show. If the chamber has to hire outside cleaners to come in and clean my space I will not receive my cleaning fee back. 
  • Food vendors will have to provide their own source of electricity. Generators must be quite and not infringing on their surround neighbor vendors.
  • Food Vendors MUST sign up for a load in time to drop off ALL perishable items on Saturday morning in Food Drop Off Zone!

 

Additional Rules & Regulations:

  1. Vendors must check in at the Chamber's Tent prior to set up. All Vendors are required to set up on Friday, October 17, 2025.
  2. No traffic is allowed through the festival area after 6:00 AM and before 4:30 PM on Festival Day. (Strictly enforced!) 
  3. Vendors are expected to show respect to local merchants and fellow vendors at all times. Keep the sidewalks and designated walkways clear of garbage, merchandise, and personal items. Vendor displays must remain in reserved booth spaces (no overage into surrounding spaces – crosswalks, sidewalks, grassy areas, etc.).
  4. Vendors/organizations may not advertise or ask for donations outside of their designated booth spaces.
  5. We do not provide WIFI at this festival. Hot Spots and outside sources for collecting Credit Card payments must be arranged by the vendor. We are not responsible for providing a secure line for credit card processing.
  6. Megaphones and/or other sound amplifying devices are prohibited.
  7. Electrical power is only available to the vendors who requested and purchased it prior to the festival. Outlets are provided at central locations and require up to 200’ of extension cord. Two 15 amp receptacles are provided per booth. Overloaded receptacles will be disconnected. GENERATORS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON ROCKET FIELD!
  8. Food vendors will have to provide their own source of electricity. Generators must be quite and not infringing on their surround neighbor vendors.
  9. Vendors are responsible for merchandise and personal items. The Oconee Chamber or its operators cannot be held liable for any damaged, lost, or stolen goods.
  10. Soliciting and Campaigning inside the barricaded areas is strictly prohibited and law enforcement will escort you out of the festival area if you are caught.
  11. We do not allow Direct Sale Companies to Attend the Festival.
  12. Businesses are not allow to participate in the festival unless they are a sponsor of the event.
  13. Animals of any kind are not allowed inside the festival area of Rocket Field or Food Alley!
  14. Submitting an application does not guarantee you a place at the current festival!
  15. Vendors are expected to show respect to Volunteers and Staff members of the festival at all times! Disrespectful vendors will not be tolerated as our festival volunteers are vital to the success of our show annually. 
  16. Rules and regulations, parking maps, and communication is shared months ahead of time and on multiple outlets to all of the approved vendors of the the current years show. If the organization, rules and regulations that are put into place to keep out vendors, staff, and volunteers safe can not be abide by or followed then vendors will not be allowed to return the next festival year. 
  17. Please remember the Volunteers are their on their own time and are not required to load and unload your product to and from your assigned space. Volunteers are not onsite to for any other reasons other than to be helpful where they are comfortable helping. Our festival planners work very hard to secure help for our vendors before and after the festival but this is not something that is required and is not promised. We are are not always able to provide volunteers based on their own personal schedules to preparing yourselves before and after the festival to unload and load your product and cars as you do at other festival with the proper equipment is your list of things to remember! Please note we do our best to have you help but it is not required! 

 

 ** Disruptive, rude or disrespectful behavior toward other vendors, volunteers, patrons or merchants will not be tolerated. The Oconee Chamber reserves the right to remove or ban any person(s) who are not in compliance with the festival rules and regulations.
