Business Vendor Booths (limit 15)
Pricing: $150 for Foster City Chamber members, $250 for non-members
Inclusions: 10’x10’ tent provided by the Chamber, listing in the event program, and social media shout-out
Requirements: Vendors must supply all other necessary materials, including tables, chairs, and display items
Community Booths (limit 5)
Pricing: $150 per booth for community organizations
Inclusions: 10’x10’ tent provided by the Chamber to showcase information and engage with attendees
Requirements: Organizations must supply all additional setup materials, such as tables and promotional materials
Food / Refreshment Station (limit of 2)
Pricing: $0 per booth
Eligibility: Exclusive to Foster City businesses
Payout Structure: The Chamber collects 10% of gross sales, or 15% if adult beverages are offered
Deposit: A $100 deposit is required to secure the space and will be deducted from gross sales payout at the end of the event.
Requirements: Vendors must provide their tent, tables, cooking equipment, proof of health permits, and comply with food safety regulations and local and state alcohol regulations.
