Event Description
The 2025 Hibbing Jubilee Food/Special Vendor applications are open now open!

Our team has put together the application and a list of all required documents needed. Please email all documentation to info@hibbing.org or bring to the Hibbing Area Chamber of Commerce office located at 109 E Howard St. in Hibbing.

*Must have completed registration with payment in full and have completed documents submitted by July 4th, 2025*

Fee information:
• All vendors must pay a $25 HPUC-Hibbing Renewable Energy Center Power Fee.
• If you are currently a Chamber Member of the Hibbing Area Chamber of Commerce, fee is $0.
• If you are NOT currently a Chamber Member of the Hibbing Area Chamber of Commerce, fee is $65.
If you do NOT have a 2025 City of Hibbing Transient Merchant Permit, fee of $50 will be added.
  (Use code "MTP2025" to waive fee if you have a 2025 Transient Merchant Permit!)


Documents Required:

  • Minnesota Dept. of Agriculture Licensure
  • Minnesota Dept. of Health Licensure.
  • Certificate of Liability Insurance
  • Hibbing Transient Merchant Permit- (If you do not have a Hibbing Transient Merchant Permit. Be sure to complete background check portion of the application in full. You will be charged an additional $50.00 fee for the background check.)
We do ask for your vehicle information which will include:
  • License plate number
  • Drivers license number
  • Description of the vehicle being used

VENDOR RULES/SET UP INFORMATION
 
All Vendors participating on Saturday, July 12, 2025 Hibbing Jubilee from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
  • The 2025 Hibbing Jubilee Street Dance will be held on Saturday, July 12th, 2025 following the end of the parade around 5 P.M. and ends at midnight. 
  • You will receive a email with your location/instructions the week prior to the event. You can set up at your assigned location starting at 7 A.M. on Saturday, July 12th, 2025. (You will have the same location the full day if you choose to stay.) 
  • All power turns on at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 12th and off at 1:00 a.m. after the Street Dance on Sunday, July 13th. If you have special power needs, please speak with the PUC before the event. (218) 262-7700. 
  • Please use the dumpsters in the alley for your garbage. If vendors fill the Howard Street dumpsters, the public cannot use them. 
  • Please break up any boxes. If you leave behind litter you will be charged a $100 clean-up fee. 
  • We prohibit the selling of silly string, smoke bombs, stink bombs, or fireworks of any kind.
