At Ellis County BBQ, our goal is to offer the world's best BBQ, burgers, and brew. It's a comfortable place owned by Dennis DeWeerd with some help from his wife, Kari. We are conveniently located just off Hwy 287 in the heart of Ellis County, our hometown Midlothian, TX.
Our authentic Texas BBQ is made with only choice meats, seasoned with our own award-winning rubs and sauces, and served to you by expert staff. A laid-back atmosphere is evident while catching the game on one of the big-screen TVs or listening to the latest music on the digital jukebox.
