About Us

It’s trendy these days to use buzzwords like “local,” “sustainable,” “hand-crafted”, “farm-to-table” when describing one’s restaurant. The truth is, everyone, likes good food, surrounded by friends, family, and neighbors – that is what we are all about. The food we create is sourced locally where possible from area farmers, ranchers, and cheesemakers. The result is both something excitingly fresh and familiar. We celebrate living in a rural hub of producers by featuring its tastiest products.

Beyond the food, we’ve uncovered a historic gem in the center of downtown Burley and painstakingly restored and updated one of the oldest main street landmarks. We used locally reclaimed and recycled materials to create an architectural masterpiece – featuring an olive oil tasting bar, live music stage, dining room, and large events space.
