About MEA Financial Enterprises, LLC
MEA Financial Enterprises L.L.C. was founded by Mike Wallace and Ed Rhea. These two individuals retired from Jack Henry & Associates after a combined 35 years of service. Mike started with JHA as a software installation programmer. He worked his way to title of President, Chief Operating Officer, and member of the Board at JHA. Ed also started as a software installation programmer and eventually became a Vice-President and the National Sales Manager at JHA. Both individuals were integral in the success of Jack Henry & Associates. Mike and Ed have demonstrated a superior knowledge of the industry’s software needs as well as how to lead a company focused on quality software solutions and customer satisfaction.
This experience led to the design of a product that would focus on, and fit the needs of, the small to medium size community financial institution. Many of these companies have been overlooked and have not had the ability to offer the wide range of products and services available through larger institutions. The goal of MEA Financial is to target this marketplace by helping them grow revenue and gain a competitive edge by enhancing their customer’s satisfaction.
In order to meet this goal, Mike and Ed put together a team that has over 200 years of combined experience delivering financial service solutions and products. The team has a vast knowledge of software development, installation, sales, and marketing, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
