Grace Property Management, LLC is a real estate investment company founded to acquire, revitalize, and manage distressed properties in rural areas. The company was founded by owner and CEO Kim Abney, a native of Monroeville, Alabama. Grace Property Management is led by faith and compassion, committed to providing upscale living environments for renters of all backgrounds. Our motto is “Making America beautiful, one property at a time by the Grace of God.”.
Grace Property Management owns and manages two properties in Monroeville, LABA Mobile Home Estates (formerly known as Jones Mobile Home Park) and Ola's Garden (formerly known as Club View Apartments). LABA Mobile Home Estates is the home location for 35 families residing in single-wide and double-wide mobile homes in the Clausell Community. This mobile home park has 40+ lots for families to live and thrive. Ola's Garden is a 16-unit apartment complex located on Bigger Street, steps away from Vanity Fair Golf Club and within walking distance of downtown Monroeville. This historic apartment complex is undergoing a major renovation. This complex is being transformed to provide luxury apartment rentals, corporate housing, and short-term rentals. The complex will have a mix of furnished and unfurnished units. The renovation schedule will release two apartment units every two months, starting April 2023. When renovations are completed, Ola's Garden will have 3 1-Bedroom units, 10 2-Bedroom units, and 3 3-Bedroom units.
