It’s that time of year again! The Glenwood Lakes Area Welcome Center is seeking sponsors for this year’s Magical Christmas in Glenwood celebration.
ALL activities are FREE and open to the public during this time of year, but without the support of local area businesses, organizations, families and individuals, we cannot offer all that we do.
The Glenwood Lakes Area Welcome Center is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Your contribution is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. No goods or services are provided to the sponsors in exchange for their financial donations.
In order to receive the tax-deduction receipt, checks must be made out to the Glenwood Lakes Area Welcome Center.
Vendors will be allowed to sell/showcase their products and/or services during regular banking hours. There is only room for 12 vendors.
Set up is scheduled to begin at 8:00 a.m. prior to the bank opening. Tear down will be scheduled at 5:00 p.m on Friday. To register go to our website and register for the Magical Christmas in Glenwood Holiday Market.
We typically do not allow duplicate vendors with the same products and/or services at this event due to limited space, company rules, and/or Chamber & Welcome Center policies and procedures. We have, however, in the past, worked with people to share a space or each take one of the two days if vendors so choose.
Be creative and make this Magical Christmas in Glenwood Lighted Holiday Parade something fun and enjoyable for your team members and the entire community! Lighted entries can include lights, candles, flashlights, glow sticks, etc.
All entries are judged along the parade route for the "Best Holiday Spirit" Traveling Trophy!
Get together with your friends and co-workers for a fun afternoon of bowling!
Each team consists of 4 people.
Teams will play three fun games, including 3-6-9, 8 Pin No-Tap and Strike Shot.
There will be chances to win cash and prizes!
