Founded by lifelong animal lovers Randy Doty and Shelley Phillips, Ruff-Inn-It Stay, and Play is the realization of a dream to care for pets with the same compassion and dedication instilled in them from childhood. Raised in a home that always welcomed stray and homeless animals, Randy and Shelley have created a haven where pets are treated like family.
