We want to develop our future O'Fallon leaders!
In its second year, the O'Fallon Chamber Leadership Development Program brings together a small group to focus on self-assessment, management skills and building their networks.

2. One to one meetings with O'Fallon leaders will help build your network
3. Strengths Finder assessment to help find leadership style and support
If you, or your staff, are interested, complete the registration. You will then be emailed a few questions to answer, for evaluation. You will be notified if you have been accepted to the program and a $150 fee will be due no later than the date of Orientation.
