Right at Home in Home Care & Assistance has been serving the O’Fallon Community for over 12 years. Franchisee owner, Kirsten Pahde has led her team to be the most awarded home care company in Missouri! They have been honored with dozens of awards including, Leader in Excellence, Employer of Choice and the Caring Star Award. These awards are given as a result of nationwide surveys and testimonies from both clients and caregivers. Kirsten vested in Right at Home franchise after seeing the need for quality care when assisting with her own grandmother. It has been her goal to provide the service and be the best employer possible.
The mission of Right at Home is to ‘Improve the quality of life for those they serve.” They do this by keeping adults safe in their own home and allowing them to age in place. We send trained professional caregivers who can help with: bathing, transferring, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, and medication Reminders. It is a great temporary solution for someone who wants to recover at home after a surgery or injury. Our caregivers are skilled to help those with memory issues. Right at Home also has special caregivers that help give the family a break when a loved one is actively dying.
Our is a private duty company that is bonded and insured. Unfortunately, Medicare does not cover home care. Billing is based on an hourly rate. Long-term care insurance and Veteran’s Aid & Attendance helps pay for assistance. We would love an introduction to physician offices to explain what we do over a lunch and learn. Any referral to a physician’s team gets you as a chamber member a gift card to treat yourself to lunch!
The territory Right at Home St. Charles includes the counties of; St Charles, Warren, Lincoln, and North St. Louis. We offer to the community a FREE monthly support groups for people who are the caregivers of those with memory issues and therapeutic art classes.
