Matt Krpan has seen how well managed growth builds a strong foundation, and that foundation provides so many long-term benefits. He has been lucky enough to have seen this with O’Fallon, having lived here for over 20 years, and it applies to where he works as a mortgage lender, Flat Branch Home Loans.
As mortgage bankers, they have a large portfolio of loan options, while processing the loans in-house and even service their own loans (so our customer’s monthly mortgage statements always come from Flat Branch and he will always be your point of contact throughout the life of your loan).
Matt loves living, working and raising his family in O'Fallon. He believes that the Chamber of Commerce plays an important role in keeping our city moving forward.
