Compass Health Network is a nonprofit healthcare organization that provides a full scope of primary, dental and behavioral health services throughout the entire state of Missouri. Within their behavioral health sector, they offer IPS services, which stands for Individual Placement and Support. More about how IPS can help: IPS is a standardized approach to supported employment for people with long-term impairments due to mental illness. These individuals are looking for regular part-time and full-time jobs! Each candidate is assigned an IPS employment specialist who systematically visits employers. Specialists aim to have an in-person meeting with the employer within 30 days of candidate employement. The job search is based on individual strengths, work experience and preferences. IPS specialists offer continuous support during and after the process with no time limit.
