Give Job-Seekers a Second Chance with the Transformative Workforce Academy!
Saint Louis University's Transformative Workforce Academy (TWA) prepares and connects justice-involved individuals with vetted second chance employers to help them find and retain meaningful employment. They leverage technology with pre- and post-release jobseekers to create traditional and video resumes used in their twice annual virtual job fairs and throughout the year. SLU TWA coordinates with employers across various industries to match them with untapped talent that fits their needs while providing support for both jobseekers as well as employers before, during, and after hire.
While TWA primarily works in St. Louis County, they have now expanded to St. Charles County and will soon be expanding into Columbia, Springfield and Kansas City!
