Hiring Huddle at the O'Fallon Chamber is our monthly program that brings together HR professionals, hiring managers and business owners to collaborate and discuss ideas or obstacles in their workforce.
Sometimes coined a "support group for HR professionals," this roundtable is a free program that focuses on one central workforce theme. Past themes have included The Use of Technology in Hiring Practices, Mental Health for Employees and Bridging the Gaps Between Different Staff Categories.
At the end of each program, we distribute resumes we've gathered from local businesses or individuals who have reached out to us looking for a specific type of position.
Hiring Huddle takes place on the last Thursday of every month, from 8:30 am to 9:30 am in the O'Fallon Chamber offices. The next Hiring Huddle is Thursday, March 27th and it's FREE to attend. Click here to register!
