If you or someone on your team is ready to grow as a leader in 2026, the Vision Protégé Program is a great place to start!
This twelve week mentorship experience supports both emerging professionals and experienced leaders who want to build skills, gain confidence, and learn directly from respected community leaders right here in St. Charles County.

Participants select their own mentor at a January matching event and take part in the program from January through April, all while building relationships with Vision’s alumni network of more than 700 local leaders.

Here are the key details:
• Twelve week mentorship program
• Mentor selected by the participant
• Runs January through April
• Tuition is $395 plus a $20 application fee
• Chamber members receive a $50 tuition reduction
• Applications close December 31
