Rosemary Rulka MS, SPHR


Rosemary is the Owner and President of Rulka HR Consulting, LLC.  She has over 25 years of experience in Management, Human Resources and Training.  Rulka Consulting serves clients in many industries including manufacturing, communications, market research, auto repair, software technology, medical, non-profit, HVAC, and others.
Rosemary is well versed in all aspects of HR, with years of experience in helping clients with everything from Regulatory Compliance issues to Compensation plans, Performance Management, Employee Handbooks and Employee Relations situations.
Rosemary earned her BA in Human Resource Management from Capital University of Ohio and her Masters from Central Michigan University with a concentration in Administration and Organizational Behavior. She is a current member of the Alpha Chi National College Honor Scholarship Society, a Professional Member of SHRM, and a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources Management.
