Paycheck Protection Program Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on PPP Loan Forgiveness The Small Business Administration (SBA), in consultation with the Department of the Treasury, is providing this guidance to address borrower and lender questions concerning forgiveness of Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans, as provided for under section 1106 of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act), as amended by the Paycheck Protection Program Flexibility Act (Flexibility Act). Borrowers and lenders may rely on the guidance provided in this document as SBA’s interpretation, in consultation with the Department of the Treasury, of the CARES Act, the Flexibility Act, and the Paycheck Protection Program Interim Final Rules (“PPP Interim Final Rules”) (link). Click here for Document on (FAQ's) on PPP Loan Forgiveness Support and Grants City of Peoria Small Business Relief Program All businesses & non-profits in Peoria are encouraged to apply for this assistance, regardless of whether they received federal CARES Act funding. Businesses can receive up to $20,000 (qualifying small businesses for expense reimbursement). For more information and to apply, visit Peoria Relief Grant Program. Applications close September 18, 2020. From the Office of Governer Ducey Grant Program The grant program will provide grants for up to two months of rent or mortgage payments due by small businesses including gyms, fitness centers, bars, and water parks with fewer than 50 employees. The maximum award will be $25,000. Grants will be prioritized for businesses that are most in need of the funding to meet their rent or mortgage obligations and do not have access to other financial support.
