My name’s Joe Piccirello, and I’ve been originating loans for a few years now. I spent the beginning of my career at a retail lender, but I recently switched over to the broker channel after learning how many unnecessary costs retail lenders charge their clients.
My goal is to put every client in the best financial position, so I don’t charge for underwriting, processing, admin fees, or other nickel and dime type costs. Additionally, I cover upfront appraisal fees to eliminate out of pocket costs.
